It was bought on the same day as her graduation and all went very well. I was very satisfied with the service, and was happy about the availability of the items. well I had bought a charm from Pandora online and I couldn't get it on the bracelet and the salesperson showed my how to do it . then I purchased a safety chain and she showed me how to put this on my bracelet also
