The sales reps are always helpful and knowledgeable. Merchandise is not always available. The merchandise changes which is nice when purchasing a gift. You want to go back.

A lot of the products I wanted were not available

The promotion did not include what I had purchased even though it was not indicated on the promotional sign

I am highly satisfied with the merchandise and definitely referred to friends and family members. and the sales person who assist me are very helpful nd patience in assisting me her name is Lammi.

The 40% was on and there was not enough sales staff to handle the crowd. Lineups should be expected and more people should be called in to assist. Also, there should be a line maybe for people just picking up or knowing g what they want as other customers were taking a lot of time figuring out what they wanted.

I bought three pair of earrings but gift boxes were not available. I have to go back in a later day. It's not convenient.

The staff are not the friendliest in this location. Another customer was taken ahead of me even though I was clearly waiting to make my purchase. I have shopped both Canadian and US locations. The service is much better in other locations ie. Sherway and Walden Galleria Malls. Staff need to be more approachable.

I was disappointed in the catalogues because there are too many charms that are hearts, have the Pandora name on the charm and there weren't too many two tone(gold and silver) charms. Too many Disney charms and not enough charms of animals, dogs, cats etc. They could have more of these charms with stones in them clear or coloured. I don't like the initials or horoscopes they should have more clear stones.
