I’ve had the best shopping experience at this Pandora. Associate 142333 went above and beyond to help facilitate my exchange for a dam aged item I had purchased from the Pandora at Bramalea City Centre in Brampton. This sales associate at this location highly professional, kind and really knew what she was talking about when it came to the pieces in store. I will 100% shop at this location again and again. The bramalea city centre location has screwed me over twice now. They have no sense of professionalism, nor do they respect the company or customer. I’ve been told they can’t do anything about my product which was deemed to have a manufacture’s defect, because it’s against the policy of the franchisee. Worst experience ever.
