Associate was very nice, however some items that I was looking for was not available at the store. She asked me how much I wanted to spend, and we worked with that. She also explained clearly the return policy and refund policy. I may have to go to another pandora to get what I really wanted, but I can at least see how it looks on my bracelet before doing so. She was awesome. I wish I brought my bracelet with me, but she was able to work with my descriptions.
