Great customer service and friendly staff

I went in and immediately was addressed and I was shown the product I wanted and was impressed on the knowledge by the employee on the questions I asked. I was in the store for 7 minutes or so and made my purchase quickly.

The 2 girls that we're working we're quick to ask if I needed assistance. I then told them I was only picking up. Very smooth transition even polished up my online order. Offered a gift receipt awesome I needed one. Then I walked out with a purchase for myself. They we're great and the store was clean I like they supposed one another with the purchase I made. Nice to see that type of dedication to the Pandora store and too each other as associates. Team work loved my experience at this store. ❤️

Claira was absolutely phenomenal, she patiently went through 100s of charms to help my wife ( who is very picky ) find the charms she wanted. She also informed us of their current sale they have going on right now ( buy 2 charms get 1 free ) which we definitely took advantage of. And after about an hour of switching charms in and out and going through almost all their charms we finally came up with 6. Claira ( sorry if I misspelled your name ) was even nice enough to clean my wife's entire bracelet and charms so that the new charms and the older ones would be uniform. At this point we're absolutely hogging her all to ourselves because she then sees my wife's face and she's like, you want to rearrange them don't you? She was absolutely right, because my wife did. So she kindly says don't worry take your time here I'll put everything apart for you and lay them in this tray and you can put them exactly how you want them. All in all this woman was absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for going way above and beyond to make a long transition fun and an experience all in its own.

Greeted immediately upon arrival. All employees were busy wiping down all the cases making me feel better of my visit. Employee was very knowledgeable of the merchandise in stock.

I was really satisfied with my experience due to the customer service that was given to me. Klarissa immediately greeted me as I walked in and provided me with sale information. She listened and was very patient with my order and experience. She was very kind and professional in helping me choose a gift for my friends birthday, which she loved very much! Thank you Klarissa!
