I am familiar with Pandora, but have never shopped in the store. When I entered the store, it was very clean and inviting. There were about 4 other customers in the store which almost caused me to leave because I didn’t know if my 7 year old daughter would become impatient. I only waited for about 5 minutes looking at the display cases until I was approached by Brenda. I appreciated her calm demeanor and knowledge of the product. She clearly explained engraving options and sale promotions. Brenda created a great first impression of Pandora that I will definitely shop there again.

The sales clerk was very knowledgeable I asked her what I was asking for and she got for me then I noticed other jewelry box that I actually liked better than the traveling one. She got me one and I was a happy camper
