I was highly satisfied due to the fact that they had the spider-man charms and bracelets in the store and i just bought my first spider-man charm and i’m super excited to get my bracelet!

Last minute birthday gift, called ahead of time to ensure item was in stock at location of my choice. Service was quick and I was out of the store in about five minutes.

Customer service was great. They were patient with us though our time selecting our charms. Everything we saw online, this store had in store. My wife loves the new charms that we added to her bracelet. Thank you for a great experience. We definitely will be back.

The young lady was very helpful and she showed me many options and never got upset or frustrated. She was kind and made me feel like I am valued at your store .

The main thing for me was the customer service. It was great. Some other stores will still not help out even if it slow. She jumped up and continued to suggest many possibilities with different charms

Danelle was the associate who helped me. She was very patient by showing me the charms in my budget, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and it felt like a friend was assisting me she was super sweet. Truly a phenomenal employee
