I came in wondering if I could exchange my ring I got two days ago for a smaller size. The sales associate told me I am not able to because it’s been worn, but still gave me options on what to do. She let me try on a few other rings to wear with it as a band to help keep the ring in place. She was so nice and helpful!

Darlexus, our sales associate, was so friendly and greeted us immediately. She knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. She even suggested a safety chain, since I was purchasing a bracelet and charms that I had lost.
