Was greeted when I entered the store. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Found what we wanted quickly. Sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

The girl that helped me was SO FUN and friendly! I loved working with her ♥ I came in looking for two specific charms that other locations were sold out of and before I co9uld pull up a pic and I was just vaguely describing them she knew EXACTLY the ones I was talking about and took me right to them! There are SO MANY charms and she new right away, she was amazing! Super funny too and made the visit so fun lol she's a keeper!

Love Pandora, love the store, everything was fantastic, the only thing is I wish there was more of dog charms. Like golden retrievers and dachshund dogs.

Michelle was over all very welcoming and kind! She seemed to actually be interested in our lives, not just hers! She also asked us a lot of questions to figure out what exactly we were looking for, and went above and beyond to get me the ring I wanted!

Selection is great and reasonably priced. The jewelry is beautiful. Always something available.

This is my favorite Pandora store in Omaha. They are friendly and remember myself and my daughter (who we purchase for). I have been to stores all over the US, next to Magic Kingdom, this is my favorite because of the staff. I will go out of my way to go here and not Village Pointe. The associates and Village Pointe are so rude I won’t even go there any more.
