I brought in my mother's charm bracelet thinking that it needed to be replaced. I was prepared to buy a new bracelet and have the old one cut to remove the charms, but the sales associates were through and helped me solve the issue without cutting the bracelet. They hand cleaned the bracelet and helped me pick out a new charm as well.
