Ruwena (store manager) is amazing also staff. They are aware of everyone who enters. They make sure everyine is helped. The prices are amazing. One of my favorite places to visit.

I walked in with my girlfriend and we were looking at rings and “miss rowena” one of your sales employees came right up and helped us she was so kind, so nice and great in sales she right away new my girlfriends ring size and helped us put them right on knowing we might not have made a purchase. me and my girlfriend left but I had to come back when my girlfriend was occupied because “miss rowena” really sold the ring to us when she let my girlfriend tried it on and it looked so good on her. But I came back and bought the ring five minutes later. Then Nyelah p came and helped me. She was so nice when we were going through my paying adding myself as a customer and the whole 9 yards I coughed and she asked me “are you okay” “would you like water” which is so nice these ladies are amazing and are the reason I want to keep coming back and buying products here great service. Great jewelry great prices.

Rowena's assistance and help with my decision on what to purchase

One of the charms for my wife's bracelet had broken. The manager, Rowena, was able to locate the record or purchase and find a replacement under the warranty. She was spectacularly helpful!

Aubra the sales person was very friendly and professional despite it was Black Friday and a sale. She was patient and quietly dealt with an upset customer who was not happy with the long wait. Aubra took the time to take care of all her customers with a smile. I was also very pleased with the selection still available

It is clean and well lit. It could be a little bigger. The sales associates are friendly, patient, and very helpful.
