The staff was friendly, Cathie was terrific and helped me choose appropriate items. The store was clean and all of the staff was masked and maintained social distancing, so I felt very comfortable.

The girl who helped me (Cathie Loken) was highly knowledgeable about the bracelets I was looking at. She helped me decided on which color I would be most happy with as long as making sure I stayed within my price range. She also made some good conversation outside of jewelry which made my buying experience extremely joyful. And unlike other stores I didn't feel the pressure to buy when she was showing me the jewelry, which made me feel more comfortable buying in the long run.

My info couldnt be found they worked with me and tried to find everything! After everything they helped me out. Everything was fixed info is now in the system correctly and I walked out highly satisfied!

It was clean. They greeted me right away. She was very helpful in answering my Disney questions.

When I finally did get a salesperson to help us, she was very knowledgeable about the products.

We were greeted when we entered the store and helped within a couple of minutes. The person helping us was pleasant and knowledgeable. What I wanted was not in stock but it was available for order and will arrive soon and was not an issue.

It was a great experience. That was my first time in an actual store. I usually order online. The staff was super friendly. I even went back the next day and brought more items.
