I placed an order for a ring that was not available in my size two weeks ago. I called the following week after I placed the order to see if it had come in or when I should be expecting it exactly. She told me to wait until the end of the week and she would call me, but she never did. On Saturday I called to check and they told me it was not in, so I asked when it was expected, and when he set the phone down I could hear Tricia, the manager telling him in an annoyed voice how to get rid of me on the phone and to give me a broad answer even though she had a way of tracking the order she had placed. After I hung up on them, upset that she was acting that way to a paying customer. Moments after I got a call back from them and sent it to voicemail, they left a message saying that it was in. After I didn't return their call, planning to go in to get the ring later, they called me twice afterwards and even sent me a text saying the ring was in, even though they had sworn it wasn't in when I initially called that morning. I am EXTREMELY unhappy and will not return to that specific store ever again. So unprofessional and stuck up. She pretended nothing wrong had been done when I came in.

The sales associate was very rude and did not want to help me find the ring I was looking for. She only gave me two sizes to try on and did not recommend other rings similar when we found out that the ring did not fit. I was only in the store for no longer than 5 minutes and I felt very rushed. She told that I should just get the ring that was too big because there weren’t any other sizes and she didn’t want to help me order a new one. I found this visit very horrible and I will no longer go back to that location. If I’m going to spend money I want to make sure I’m getting the right sizes and quality help while doing so.

I ordered a ring and 5 weeks later it has not arrived. I called an associate to discuss when it should be arriving after 3 weeks and they expected to get it the next week and send it to me. I received an email recently that said it was a receipt but it had no content and I received this survey when I still have not received my ring.
