I am from out of town so that is the only reason I wouldn't be back to that store. But love any Pandora store! I had a very new sales associate and she did an ok job but seemed a little annoyed I was trying on so much stuff trying to get a good fit - there was no one else in the store shopping at the time. The manager on duty helped a little

I brought an item previously before this visit and was informed I could not return the item previously bought because I purchased it on sale. At the time of purchase I was never told I could not return or exchange the item.

They didn’t have the sizes I needed. So they showed me a smaller ring. I purchased a smaller ring. But they still have to order the correct size.

After purchasing the bracelet and Charm they went on sale the next day and the store would not let us return them and repurchase the items, so we returned both to the store and purchased o line for less than 150.00 dollars

I went to buy rings and they didn't have the sizes I needed in the rings I wanted. Also, one of my charms broke and the sales person said it was a retired charm, so the warranty doesn't cover it. The charm was purchased in store this time last year.

During the busies time of the day there was only one sale professional working, and I was 1 out of 5 customers there. This is my 3rd piece returning, I'm going to try one more time but if I have a problem I will not purchase again.

The sale associate where dismissive; I purchased a new bracelet because mine wouldn’t clasp. They would look at my old one since it had been over a year. I had to remove the charms myself put them on the new bracelet that I had to purchase. Only for the associate to look at my old bracelet and fix it with no problem. They did not offer for me to return the new bracelet they just handed me my old one with the expectation to leave. This was after I witnessed them being rude to another customer about her return.

Products were ordered in March. It took 2 months for my order to arrive and the colors were incorrect. It took another month for me to receive the products I purchased. The lady who took my order was GREAT, she is kind and knowledgeable. But other than that, my experience with this order was horrible.
