We waited for at least 15 minutes to be helped. When we were helped the associate didn't know how to do the exchange so she went to the next customer and had us wait for another associate to help us. Other than that it was a fine visit.

Expensive. Always room for improvement

the clasp on a bracelet I have broke. It will no longer close or stay on my wrist so I went in to see what my options were. Because the bracelet was more than a year old it was no longer under warranty. The item was a limited edition that I received for spending a specific dollar amount so because it had no monetary value I spent, I had to purchase a new bracelet. I wish there was an extended warranty at least on the clasps. I do not expect them to last a life time but I also was not expecting to purchase another bracelet at this time.

I do not have a Pandora store in my town.
