It didn't have enough sizes of the merchandise and also the diversity. They gave good customer services, but they should have told that I could save money with ordering it online instead of ordering at store. I was charged with shipping fee.

Your ring sizes only go to a certain size and do not fit my daughter. You should expand the sizes or make them available for order in larger sizes. Other than that tings are good.

They did not have as much of a variety as I wanted. They had great service, but when you don’t live in town it is a bit hard to be going back and forth.

My sales associate Connie was outstanding by selecting a piece of jewelry I hadn't seen before and I ended up purchasing it.

I think every time you buy a clearance of 30% item the sales associate needs to tell you it is final sale. I was NOT told this and then I find it on the bottom of the receipt? By then it is too late. I never knew this. It may be Pandora’s policy but to but it on the receipt after you have paid for it (having never bought a 30% item before) is shady.

Victoria didn’t tell me I couldn’t were it n water; i explain this was my 1st bracelet and I sleep n my jewelry. I wasn’t given a box 2 put my braclet n ,when I wasn’t wearing it.

It was very crowded and the staff seemed a little over whelmed. The products were of good options. The computers went down toward the end of the shopping experience.

It was a great visit. Wish they had other Disney animal choices. Service was excellent though.
