The employee who assisted me was very friendly. I wanted to look at 5 specific charms and she was very quickly able to find them and show them to me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable .

I love Pandora so it is hard not ti have a great experience 8n the store. It's always clean and welcoming. I wish they had more sales though

A stone fell out of my ring that I purchased at a different pandora store. I thought it was about a year since I bought it. The manager took care of it immediately even when he couldn’t locate my name or email online for he receipt. He showed great customer service

They have a promotion going on at the moment. I took advantage of that because I love their jewelry. One of the jewelry I've gotten was for my mom, and she loved it.

Exceptional customer service! My daughters ring had a small stone fall out and they replaced the ring without hesitation (granted I had the receipt and original box) but the overall experience was an A+ ! Way to go Pandora more stores should treat customers this way. Will definitely be back

The employees were very nice and knowledgeable! Roxy told me about new merchandise, helped me find exactly what I was looking for and make checkout very quick and easy! The store was very neat and tidy and I will definitely return!
