Roxy greeted me as soon as I entered the store. When I explained what I was looking for she knew just where to look and explained how it came packaged. Then she showed me an alternative accessory. I left the store to check to see if any other store had something that was closer o what I was looking for, but I didn’t. When I returned later in the day, Roxy greeted me again and remembered what I had been looking at. After inspecting it again, I purchased it. My new keychain is great. I wish every sales associate was as knowledgeable and pleasant as Roxy.

Even though both associates were with customers when I entered, I was greeted immediately. Within a couple of minutes I was being helped. The associate was very quick to point out that I had just made it on the last day of a promotion to reduce I've a free bangle bracelet with my purchase. The entire transaction, from start to finish, including wrapping the gifts, took less than fifteen minutes.

The employee that helped me out was very nice and helpful. I already what i wanted to purchase in mind. Sadly, they were out of the product I was looking for but the employee that helped me had alternatives ready so I can receive the product I wanted.
