The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. She took enough time with and didn’t make me feel rushed as I made my selections. The store was very bright and clean, with merchandise attractively displayed.

Tim does an amazing job! He is highly knowledgeable about all of the charms and knew the one I wanted as I described it. He also recommended a bracelet for my charm (it was a gift) and made other recommendations for other charms that would complement it. He is really an asset to the store and my shopping experience.
