Pandora Jewelry

I was looking for a specific Disney Let It Go Charm. Upon entering the store, I was welcomed and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told the assistant about the chard and she went to where the charm was explaining that it was being retired and that she wasn't sure if they had any left. Upon searching, she found the last one they had and placed it on my already existing bracelet. Then she told me that because the charm was being retired, it was discounted. I couldn't have asked for more. I was extremely pleased with my visit and will be back!

They had what I was looking for and more of a selection than I expected. The sales associate was helpful and friendly. She did a wonderful job gift wrapping the items I purchased.

They always welcome me when I walk into the store. The workers are always available for questions and I love asking them for their opinions!

Very friendly associates, I was able to get exactly what I came for. I wish more of the beads were able to be seen at one time. I hate having to bother staff members to pull them out for me even though they were very kind and willing. Very clean store as always! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying anything which is always appreciated when buying jewelry in person.

I was looking for a specific item which the associate got for me - no problem. She asked if there was anything else. I was looking for a new band to pair up with a Pandora ring. Bless her heart, she tried but I did not like the bands with my particular ring. Tom, the manager, was in and greeted all of us. Great friendly experience!!
