Always enjoy shopping at Pandora. The sales lady was friendly and helpful a lot. I would like to come back to buy the ring that I really liked!

I brought in a bracelet that I had not worn in 10 months because the claps would not stay closed. The salesperson, exchanged the old bracelet for a new one and cleaned the 7 charms that I had on the bracelet and placed the 4 new charms on the bracelet. I came in one my birthday; the salesperson's kindness was one of the best presents I received that day.

It was quick and friendly service. Not a lot of people were crowded in the store and, overall the selection of jewelry was great.

The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about the store selection. As soon as I described what I was looking for in an earring, she pulled out a tray that fit. I was very pleased with the selection she showed me.

The associate did everything and made sure she looked everywhere to find my ring and the size I needed she never gave up. The associate also showed me other merchandise that went with the jewelry I got. The associate made me feel welcomed and gave a very friendly first impression as my guest and I walked in.
