Samantha was our sales rep and Dora helped with cleaning my current Pandora bracelets and charms. It was wonderful and they told me about opportunities and services I was available to have, which I didnt know. It was a very pleasant experience.

This store is easy to access in the mall. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is generally not a long wait even with other customers in the store. I was looking for a specific bead which was unavailable. My sales person looked for it first locally, then at other locations and offered to have it shipped to the store there for me if I wanted to do so.

Experienced a problem during my last visit and the Regional Manager went above and beyond to rectify the issue(s) quickly. I gave the store a second try and the customer service experience was much better. They even gave me a free jewelry box and adjusted the price on my previous purchase, which I was not expecting. Thank you very much!
