This store is easy to access in the mall. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is generally not a long wait even with other customers in the store. I was looking for a specific bead which was unavailable. My sales person looked for it first locally, then at other locations and offered to have it shipped to the store there for me if I wanted to do so.

Experienced a problem during my last visit and the Regional Manager went above and beyond to rectify the issue(s) quickly.
