Upon entering into the store, there were 2 sales associates helping other customers. I was the next to be helped and the sales associated helped a couple that just walked into the store.

They did not have what I was looking for. And she was not readily able to offer me other ideas that were similar. I thought of a new idea myself.

You were running a promotion that was heavily advertised but not available and out of stock on lots of sizes of bracelets. Salesperson was pushy.

First of all walk in the store and sales associates at back of store chatting had to walk back to them. Needed to return a charm received a duplicate of because I purchased in Las Vegas could not receive a refund because the store is a franchise and not required to give a refund. No where on my receipt did it say I have to return charm to store purchased at to get a refund. Horrible company policy. Was able to exchange charm. Called customer service and spoke to a very rude customer service representative. She matter of a fact explained Pandora's return policy to me. The reason the store does not have to give a refund is they might not sell that charm again and they would be out the money for that charm. She was not sympathetic to what I was saying and really did not listen to my problem just keep repeating the policy. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Pandora, but apparently I am not the type of the customer you want as I will never shop at Pandora again. The return policy is terrible, lack of good customer service on telephone. You are not the only gig in town and as a consumer I will go where I am valued and respected.
