I needed to return a gift that was too small. The salesperson who assisted me was extremely helpful. She took the time to ensure that I was happy with the exchange and provided interesting information on the product as well.

Blanca really went above and beyond. She took the time and energy to locate my size ring which took a some time since it was the last one in the store. She made the effort to welcome me to Pandora as it was my first time in. She explained to me in detail the return policy and entered me into the system so I can begin receiving emails and catalogs!

The staff was very personable. I was able to make my selection with ease and check-out quickly. My husband and I often shop at this Pandora location and we have never been disappointed.

The employees helped me exchange my Pandora bracelet for a bigger one and the process was so easy. The employees even suggested a charm for me that I hadn't even seen and I loved it!!! You could really tell they're not only interested with selling you random things, they actually pay attention to your interests.

I upgraded my bracelet and the Pandora store associate was very nice and friendly, never pushy. I loved the bracelet she helped me create.
