I was very satisfied with the salesperson. However, I do feel like the jewelry is VERY overpriced. When you are purchasing more than one item it would feel better as a consumer if you were given some kind of discount, even if it was a small discount like 10-15% off. I purchased 3 items and a small discount would have been appreciated for customer loyalty. In addition, the bracelet clasps are extremely difficult to put on and take off. You would think that there would be better technology like putting a little magnet at each end of the bracelet to help it stick together as you are clamping down the clasp. Finally, I bought the polishing kit a few weeks ago which came with the clasp opener. The clasp opener is so poorly designed it’s hard to believe it’s sole purpose is to open the clasps and clips. The metal on the clasp opener is way too thick to work effectively. It should be thinner to fit into the grooves of the clasp or it should be tapered to be thinner at the bottom. A guitar pick is a much cheaper and more effective tool. There is definitely room for improvement to make the jewelry more accessible and easier to use.
