Shari was the first associate that I spoke to on the phone and I asked if she had certain stock on a charm as well as the free bangle... She absolutely did and she put them aside for me and I was thrilled when I got to the store to find out that everything she said she would do she followed through on!! What a pleasure to talk to Shari on the phone and know that she is dependable and does exactly what she says she will do. She was so great to talk to and so very helpful. I definately will go back to this location in the future for my Pandora needs because of the terrific and friendly staff. Blanca was the one to get everything rung up as Shari had left for the day. She was an absolute doll to work with as well. This is the first time I'd been in this store and I LOVED IT!! Not crowded very easy to move in the store and the people working in this store CLEARLY LOVE working for Pandora... They do such a fantastic job there.. It's so wonderful to be able to shop in a store where customer service truly is NUMBER 1 priority!! Thank you so much for employing such fabulous and adept employees in Shari and Blanca...

I came in from work and it wasn't that busy. There was a sales rep ready for me with a smile. I knew what I was looking for and she helped me quickly. Wrapped my three items and out the door I went. Very friendly lady.

Both Lauras helped me and my boyfriend build a bracelet for his mom and they both went above and beyond to help. They had so many great suggestions and were so patient. I usually feel out of place in higher end stores and they made me feel so welcome. They put up with our indecisiveness as well. I told my friend with a pandora bracelet to drive out of her way to this store next time because they are the best here.
