Cheri was the sales associate that helped me with my order. She was patient and helpful. Great sales people make all the difference in a store.

Jackie greeted us right away and showed us everything we wanted to see. She was very patient with my elderly mom. As she loves your jewelry but she has difficulty seeing and making up her mind. At one point Jackie got a chair for my mom to sit down as she was getting tired. I have been at this location before and there are times when we are not acknowledging or feel rushed to make a decision.

Yashell B (222406) was amazing. She had the best customer service I have ever experienced in pandora before. She explained the importance of having clips on a charm bracelet. I was also visiting from Mexico and she showed me the beautiful New York charms I left with 2 because I couldn’t decide on which one I wanted. I wish there were more people like Yashell B!

Danielle was AMAZING 10/10 customer service. Very nice,friendly,well spoken. Amazing. Walked in to buy 1 thing and walked out with 4 !! Didn't feel pressured AT ALL. Extremely satisfied, she deserves a raise. Employees like her are worth their weight in gold.

There was no waiting in line. The salesperson was knowledge of some of the charms that I want. They also had charms that I was looking for.
