Christina helped us immediately upon entering the store. She was able to narrow down exactly what we were looking for, and offered other options upon request. The whole process was seamless. Christina was friendly and helpful.

this is only my second time being in the store. i was getting a gift for my son for his girlfriend ( she really likes pandora) for her birthday. i also bought a gift card for christmas for her. the only thing i was a little annoyed about was the manager that was there seemed to be kind of pushing me to buy other items. i had explained what exactly i was looking for and she kept suggesting me to get other stuff; i work in retail and i would never make someone feel uncomfortable like that, but the younger gal who was new was very helpful, kind, not pushy at all, just wonderful!! That young gal is a asset to your company!

The first time I went into the Pandora store the sales person was good. The 2nd time I got another sales person that did not seem very knowledgeable as every question the anser was "I don't know." And she wasn't eager to find out the anser to my questions. It was more Take it or leave it attitude.
