I have over 30 Pandora bracelets...most of which all center around the story of my life and those lives connected to mine. I have returned to this store for years as this story continues, to add to and build new bracelets. They know what I like, they remember my name, the service is awesome.

The staff is great, always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean.

I recently adopted my niece and two nephews. I wanted to buy a necklace for my 10 year old niece. I stopped at the location in the Westroads mall first, and the associates there were friendly, but overall unhelpful. Then I went to the location at the Village Point mall where I met Maggie. She listened and helped me make the best necklace for my niece, which I know she will love. It's going to be a Christmas present to her for our first Christmas together, so this necklace is extra special. I appreciate that Maggie reviewed a lot of options with me and showed me the best choices. Thank you, Maggie!!!

I got what I needed. The lady helping me was very nice and knew a lot ab what I was looking for. It was quick easy and painless!

The sales associate offered assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Both sales associates working were friendly and informative. I showed the associate a picture from pandora.com of the item I was looking to buy, and she was knowledgeable about the product and my questions were answered sufficiently.

I have 12 fully loaded bracelets and 21 other bracelets that are filled between the clips...either silver rope/loop or leather. I love going to the Village Point Pandora store simply because they know me, remember what kind of bracelets are important to me and are always incredibly helpful in finding what I need and making the bracelet I am working on become a reality. I can call the store anytime and know that someone on the other end is willing to listen, offer great suggestions and just be a great resource for the products I am looking at. It is one of my favorite places to go!!!
