Customer service was great! Very helpful and friendly!! I do feel if a charm is not available or you do not have it, Pandora should have a way to get a charm or order it. Also, with the high cost there should be a discount or sale every once in a while or for first time customers.

I went in there looking for one thing specifically. They didn’t have it but they got it ordered for me and it was in the next day. When I went and picked it up it was almost closing time and I was taking quite a while and they were very patient.

Great experience, we have been shopping at this store for years and the sales associates have always been knowledgeable and helpful! The store is well laid out and brightly lit. We really like the selection of merchandise and plan to be loyal customers in the coming years!

Great selection. Although all salespeople were busy with customers, I was acknowledged and told they would be with as soon as possible. The necklace I needed was quickly found and the purchase completed quickly. The quality is great and looks wonderful with a special pendant I already owned. Great staff, great product, great shopping experience.

We came at a good time so we had 1;1 with our assistant so having never been in the store before that was very beneficial We just purchased 5 rings for the first time there so we are hoping they are good quality as she told us I am excited to wear nice jewelry
