My husband bought a bracelet for me for the first time. I went to buy a cleaning kit along with a safety charm. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I explained how this was my first experience and she made it very pleasant.

I was the only customer in store, 2 associates were present. When I walked in they made sure to stop conversation and focus attention on me (had just walked out of Kay where I didn't even get a hello from the 2 associates). They allowed me time to look in peace, were there when I needed an opinion, and made shopping for my daughter's Sweet 16 gift , and first pair of earrings (newly pierced) an enjoyable and special experience. My daughter loved her earrings more than I expected. We are nearly exclusively Pandora at this point, because of the efforts to be socially and ethically responsible. I love going in store because I always feel welcome and valued, rather I'm spending $20 or $200, or just coming in for a bracelet cleaning. It is so hard to find that in retail, especially with the current challenges retail establishments are facing. Thank you!!
