The store is beautiful and there is always enough staff that I don’t have to wait very long. The staff is friendly. I especially adore Charity, who has become a friend. My wife loves the selection of pop culture charms.

I originally came in with my friend to exchange my promise ring that my boyfriend got me and the lady that helped me was super sweet. She convinced me into buying 3 new charms for my charm bracelet that looked supper empty and needed color. she showed me so many different options I wish I could buy most of them. I did walk out with a new bracelet as well which was awesome! We had great conversations together and she was a great help overall. So thank you so much to her.

I am thankful for the staff making this special purchase a good experience. The sales associate was very attentive and patient as I took time to make my decisions. I was grateful that I did not feel rushed and was given the freedom to carefully select and study the charms and not made to feel like I was being "picky" but that it was indeed a big purchase and care and time for those decisions was welcome.
