The sales associates were extremely helpful with their suggestions and help locating a retired charm. They were very willing to try and locate, or help me locate, the charm that I was hoping to purchase. We appreciated their recommendation for additional items (kit containing bags, opener, etc.). They were very attentive in helping my husband make his purchase for me!
