When I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by one of the sales associates. All three of the associates were helping other people, but this allowed me to browse around the store until one of them was available. After fewer than 5 minutes, an associate asked me if she could help me, and then assisted me by showing me several charms so that I could find the exact charm I wanted for my bracelet.

The sales associate was nice and very helpful. The store was clean and well maintained and easy to see all of the products. Overall, they were very nice and even told my husband and I Happy Anniversary! Will return in the future

The sales staff of the store have excellent customer service skills. Constance, the manager was sure to greet me and introduce herself. The wait time for assistance was very minimal and once I picked out my purchase I was provided information about complimentary pieces. This is my favorite store.
