It is fun to shop at a favorite store. I was shopping for a special birthday gift. The sales clerk was so attentive and helpful. It was just a fun and pleasant experience

The sales associates were both very nice. They were helpful and had good suggestions. I was very pleased with the look of the store

They had prompt services listened to my wishes and showed my charms that met my wishes for the occasion I m celebrating

Customer Service was immaculate. I was on vacation and stopped by to look and purchase and the experience was awesome.

We had a very attentive sales associate even though we weren't intending to purchase, my husband was inclined to purchase my birthday present early. We live in Huntsville and he intended to buy my gift when we got home, but purchased early because of the associate! I only wish Pandora still carried the cosmetologist charms!

The staff went over and above to help me. I had a bangle that was broken. Although there was nobody else in the store, both associates help me with my problem.

I was visting Alabama. This is not a place that I rarely visit.

The ladies were extremely helpful and nice. There were able to help me find the charm I was looking for. They also helped me decide on the best order for the charms I have and I love the way my bracelet looks now! They were awesome!
