Because every time I go there the associated are very helpful & I always find what I want.

Constance and Beth were exceptional!!! They both gave great customer service. My husband and both shopping here because the merchandise is unique, great quality and beautiful.

The women who help me and my boyfriend was extremely welcoming and informative. She gave us a ton of ideas of what we would like. She also accommodated to things i liked which was great.

Bought my wife's 2 bracelets from this location. Have spent well \over $2,000.0 filling up 1 and working on #2. Only had 1 issue at this location a few years ago. We took bracelet #1 in for a cleaning and noticed that a charm was missing after we had left the store. we returned and was told that they sometimes come off in the cleaning. Never heard another word. Other than that the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Will be returning to this location next time my wife needs another charm. Just to add that we have twins in our family but no charm for twins. I emailed Pandora about a year ago and heard nothing. thanks

I was looking for a birthday present for my sister. The staff at this location were so friendly and helpful. I definitely would return to the store (I don't live in the state where this store is located) when I am in the area.

I had received an email from Pandora about the sale they were having...I looked through the sale and saw a ruby ring that was beautiful. My birthday is in July, so I decided to give myself an early birthday present! While in the store I saw another ring in gold I knew I had to have it as well... so it left the store with me, too. This was my first visit to a Pandora store, but it will not be my last!
