Was impressed with appearance of staff and they were obviously well trained.

They need more chairs in lobby area.

My tv didn't work.

The pillows are so ridiculously huge that they are not comfortable. :/

Great location for a business trip. While in the rooms, you can hear everything in the hallways. Rooms are nice and clean.

Although the hotel knew I was traveling with a dog and was required to crate my dog in the room whenever it would be left alone, they put me on the second floor in the building with no elevator. When I asked if I could have a different room, the clerk was not very helpful.
