The sales associate was very nice as this was my first time purchasing from pandora. She welcomed me and made me aware of the warranty on the jewelry and free cleanings

I really enjoyed my visit, Joy was very nice and helpful. I did have questions concerning a Pandora bracelet I already owned and wore to the store. She was extremely helpful in helping me make a decision on if I needed to size my bracelet up as well as trying in different bracelet sizes to get an idea of what I wanted to get on my future visit.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They had great customer service experience with a smile. The also taught me and my hubby about how the charms should go. As far as order and pieces.

I was very satisfied with the charms I chose. It would have been fantastic if I had found the dangling girl charm that I have for my older granddaughters since I now have an additional granddaughter and wanted the3 of representing on my bracelet. I also would have loved to find a silver bumble bee charm, however, I’m never disappointed when I come.
