Staff was disorganized. Didn’t know where things were or cost. When I asked to see beads for my new bracelet she wanted to know which bead I wanted to see... I had no idea. Left with bracelet and two beads, could have sold us 5 if they cared.

Was looking to purchase rings and your sizes are not made for people with fat fingers. Maybe try added some rings in sizes up to 13.
