I was informed The store on the Plaza KC Mo is closing , I was disappointed because I don’t live anywhere close to the other 2 stores. I will need to just order online in the future. I knew what I wanted and was given immediate service , in and out nicely. I did want to see more options but the one I had most wanted was the only one available, which in this case was no problem. I loved having that store in a central city location so will miss it.

1. Staff was welcoming and listened to my concerns 2. Staff gave me pros and cons of each product (bracelet types) 3. It was reassuring to see them wear the products

The 2 associates that helped us were very knowledgeable. They were both willing to sit down with us and make sure that we both picked out the perfect bracelet and charms for our mothers. Mother's Day was made easy and I loved all of the merchandise that we looked at!

Everyone was very helpful. There were 4 Associates in the store and 3 of them came to help and look for the style I was looking for. They were very patient and friendly. I love the location of the store and store was very clean.

The customer service was great I was able to get in and out of the store with everything I wanted.
