The person's that work there aren't very friendly it's not the first time I have experienced this.

The service is great. The prices were very reasonable. The jewelry is beautiful

Everything I saw on website or pandora book was not available in this store or limited sizes

new to Pandora products and I would have liked if the sales associate explained and had a tray of just sale items instead of searching multiple trays of merchandise. That would have made the shopping much easier. However she was helpful and patient.

Every item we picked out was out of stock!

There should be a greater display of the items and charms.

Due to the holiday season and my visit was a Saturday, people are waiting in the store to be helped and there are a line of people waiting to put in their names on the list. It recreated an overly crowded and under staff store experience. Overall the waiting time was 15-20 mins per person.

There is always room for improvement.
