I received surprisingly patient and very helpful assistance on a phone call prior to coming to the store. I was able to find out if some items I had seen online were in stock and the prices as well. The Representative was extremely professional , courteous and patient. Arriving at the store, I found the help from 2 Representatives to be absolutely amazing, especially to recent experiences at other stores. This all made me look forward to coming back again. A great experience that turned out to be enjoyable .

This was my first visit to and purchase with Pandora. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of merchandise offered. I had no intentions of making a purchase when I walked into the store with a friend. But I couldn’t resist buying the rings after seeing them and trying them on. Perfect fit.

I actually stopped by a few days earlier to check out the bracelet I bought in store. It is a little bit of a pricier purchase than usual but I needed a new bracelet that wasn't a gift from an ex so once I had the money, I went in a few days later and bought it. Both associates that helped me were great. The store was empty both days and while there was two employees, only one helped me which was great so I didn't feel overwhelmed.

Ashley was very nice and welcoming the second I walked into the store. She was quick to help me look at the Disney selection and informing me on the sale and promotions available at the time.

I loved the amazing customer service that was given to me while shopping for my ring.

Nallely was so amazing she helped me pick out rings and apparently she also help my husband last week but I didn’t like the gift that he got me but she was so kind and patient and she also help me apply for the pandora credit card and i will definitely come back but she did tell me that it was her last day there so hopefully the new staff are as wonderful as her

The sales associate Gabriella was very pleasant to work with. My mom and I came into the store to have my bracelet cleaned and purchased a gift for a family member. Gabriella cleaning my bracelet beautifully and also assisted us with picking out a great gift for my aunt. She put the bracelet together and mixed and matched charmed until we got it just right. Nothing but great things to say about this location!
