The sales associate who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She engaged me from when I first walked into the store. I had something in mind that I wanted to purchase, and she knew exactly what it was. She also showed me other items which were similar, which I may purchase in the future. Great experience at this Paramus Park Mall store. It is my go to Pandora store.

I went in to find Bridal gift for my upcoming wedding. For some reason I could not complete my purchase online, and wanted to make sure the charms selected will be with me on time for the wedding. I had a few ideas on what I wanted but they where sold out in store as well. Assistant Gabriella really helped me find alternatives to those sold out charms I was looking for. She was very helpful and attentive.
