No store close to me had the ring I was looking for but the one I went to and they held it for me until I could make it down to the store. I was highly satisfied with how they answered the phone ready to help me and see what I needed. I was highly satisfied with how nice the workers were in the store and how fast they helped me as soon as I walked in the store.

The sales associates were friendly, courteous and helpful. I visit the store often and they go out of their way to recommend items that I might be interested in. I look forward to my trips to Pandora.
