Paramus Park Location is awesome. I needed to replace a broken bracelet that was a gift I gave, they gave me a new one instantly. My Essence bracelet broke and they did not have my size in stock and advised it is being retired but she offered me another bracelet as a courtesy and replaced a crystal charm that had become cloudy. The Customer Service that I received was so beyond excellent - that I will continue to go there for my future Pandora purchases - and planning on purchasing many Christmas Gifts from Pandora this year 2018!
