Service representative was able to notice pattern of what we were looking at prior to us asking. Showed us more of the same type of charms after we asked to see one charm. Also showed us charms next to price point we wanted to see without us needing to ask. Very polite and helping, made my girlfriend really happy as she was able to get exactly what she wanted.

The Sales Associate who approached me was very personable and did not hesitate to assist me to locate a charm I would like. The store is beautifully organized. The charms are displayed to attract the attention of customers.
