Each Pandora store I’ve ever visited the staff is always friendly. No matter how long you take they never show they are tired and try to rush you from the store

The customer service was on point. The sales associate was very nice and polite and very patient. I was very pleased with the service I received.

All of the ladies in the store were very kind and helpful. They exchanged my mother’s ring because it broke. I purchased a pandora me bracelet in there and the woman was nice enough to discount the item because they did not have the original one i wanted.

Samantha, the general manager was so attentive to me, even when she was busy. She ensured all customers that they were welcome and that they’d be helped shortly, if she/the other employee were helping another customer. She made sure no one felt ignored.

I had a piece of jewelry that broken within 6 months of purchase which is highly unusual as I own a lot of pieces from Pandora and never had a problem with quality. The associate Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and replaced the broken piece of jewelry.

Person at the counter was really friendly and highlly knowledge of what she is selling, she gave recomendations on colors and styles.

Let me say I am a senior and just received such wonderful customer service from Jennifer and I believe Ajoli (not sure how to spell it. They were magnificent and went above and beyond. I love Pandora and so does my family. Thank you for a beautiful product of such quality and beauty.
