The sales associate I had was rushing me through and I was trying to answer questions and she was acting as if I had never been in a Pandora store before. However actually we have spent a lot of money at Pandora store in Asheville. I was trying to ask about the retired items and the Adam’s that were on clearance. The items that were on clearance neither associate even knew the prices. And while I was looking at the few items that was retired another sales associate came up and said if you’re finished with this I need to put it up. This was a horrible experience I have never experienced anything in Pandora as this. I certainly was treating it as if I were less value than some of the other customers. The customer service actions from the two associates that I don’t do well is absolutely terrible they are not intended to deal with the public and if you would like to run my account you can see that we have bought plenty of things from Pandora. To be treated as disrespectful as if you don’t count affects people in many ways and word-of-mouth goes a long way

I was not in your store. Someone used my information to purchase an item at your location. A receipt was sent to my email showing the purchase. I called the store to let them know someone committed fraud, and the store has not even returned my call. The store was in NC. I am in NJ. Call me. 267 981 3525
