Highly professional associate,very knowledgeable and answered all my questions

I went in to get a replacement for the bracelet I had gotten online, and the ladies were very friendly in helping me. The store didn't actually have my size so one of the ladies gave me the number to customer service and was overall very genuine in wanting to help. I really wanted another bracelet that day so I asked to see the other sizes and my original bracelet was actually too big for me!! so it worked out and me and my best friend left the store that day happy with matching dog charms!

Very nice sales people and good sale prices!

I went to the store to get my 2 bracelets and necklace cleaned up, since I hadn't worn them in a year. All 3 staff members were great and welcoming, one of them started cleaning my jewelry right away, and Kaitlynne was talking to me about Halloween charms. She showed me a few and I loved the pumpkin one, as well as looking for some rings. So I ended up leaving with both!! She was extremely helpful, they all were. I will recommend them 100 percent! Thank you!!!

They had a variety of selections but because they had exactly what I was looking for,the daughter/son charms I was very well pleased.

RUBY G was AMAZING! I'd had an awful experience at the Pandora inside the STUDIO at Harrah's Cherokee and she made sure I knew the Pandora experience should look like and I appreciate her so much for that!

well she did not really want to help me much but then she gave in and helped me. very rough in the begining then went smoothly.

Ruby was AMAZING! I was having a hard time finding my daughter something for her 21st birthday and Ruby took the time to ask the right questions and helped me find the perfect gifts. She is probably the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would have been lost in locating the perfect gift without her and will definitely ask for her in my future visits!!

All the sales associates were super nice. The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable. The sales associate gave me plenty of ideas which was very helpful.
