The sales lady seemed racist. It wasn’t until she saw how many bracelets I had and how many charms I had on them that she started treating me like I wasn’t going to steal something .

Saleslady was not very helpful when asking to see a ring. There were other things I would have like to look at but I think she didn't want to get them out because having to clean them??? I purchased 3 rings. I Was a couple of bucks away from the free gift and may have bought something else but I felt she just didn't want to be bothered with it.

The associate was great. The lady with the red hair (maybe the manager) was all over the place being in everyone else's business, the way she made the associate stop offering assistance to hurry to the front to bring a display back, made one of my friends feel as though she thought she was going to steal because she was looking at a display that was left on the counter by one of them and not in the glass. She butted in when my friend asked the associate a question (made it known she had something to say because the associate was new and did not know how to answer that question) give her a chance and if she didn't know the answer then let her ask you. At the end of my purchase I walked up front where the associate was packaging up my purchase to inquire if the free gift promotion was going on, she watched me as I walked up front, then as I returned to the counter she was looking at the iPad at my purchase then proceeded to ask me if I made the appropriate purchase for the gift. I did and the associate had already answered me. She's in my business and had a customer of her own. she was the cause of my friends walking out not long after entering and not purchasing anything.

The very nice sales associate wasn’t very competent. It took over 30 minutes to find the information required to check us out (the barcode was missing). This ruined the rest of our mall shopping trip

I went to purchase additional Essence beads to my new collection. This line of products has been discontinued. There is very limited selection left in stores. Pandora sends ALOT of sales e-mails to me. One informing me of this discontinuation of the Essence collection should have been sent, before there is no products available. I will hesitate to buy any Pandora product line that can be personalized & added to in the future. Judy.Trad@gmail.com

The lady that helped me was not listening to anything I said. She was showing me things that she liked and even tho I'd told her only silver and beach theme items she came out with gold and every thing else in between. So many things wrong with this whole visit.

The prices were not outlet pricing even if it was an outlet store and the sales people were not very friendly and cooperative. My regular pandora store have the same prices. And their associates are definitely more helpful. So I thought I could get a better deal in this outlet shop but I should have gone in my usual regular store instead and at least I could have had a better service.

My name was taken to wait,that's fine, but others took 1st after I came In. Not many choices offered. Bracelet that I was given was the sample for sizing. I was asked about wrapping, I said yes, but instead, charm left on bracelet on just tossed in box. My gift from my daughter from same store was nicely boxed safely secured in each box. Not tossed in.
